NOTES TO CONSIDER
- These REQUIRE you to send us your FACIA off your series 2 radio unit. The minimum turn around time for this is 1 week up to 2 weeks depending how busy we are
- The radio box in your car MUST also be programmed. There is 2 options for this, 1. send us the radio box and we can program it on our test bench. 2. Buy a OBDSync Dongle and use a windows laptop to program it yourself in your car (this is the easiest option and once you have the dongle you can then program a bunch of other things in your car too) What is getting programmed is the RSE Front Audio input which is how you view the carplay on the S2 screen.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Returns are accepted for physical products within 30 days of date of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted for the following conditions:- Item is faulty
- Incorrect item received
Returns for change of mind are NOT accepted.
When returning an item, it must be in the exact same condition as when we sent it, we take pictures of all our products to compare condition. Item must be shipped back at Buyers Expense to verify condition and issue, if item is damaged or shows signs of wearing then partial refund will be received.
When posting, the item MUST be sent in the same manner as received which includes being returned inside a strong box and wrapped in bubble wrap along with using the postage options of tracking, signature and insurance.
